8. Ability to Accept Terms & Conditions

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms & Conditions, and to comply with these Terms of Use. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Website is not intended for children under 13. 9. Other Terms and Conditions You Agree To

Any person using our website agrees to be bound by the terms described below.

For Service Providers: (USA & Canada)

A service provider is defind as a person or entity that signs up on our website to provide services to our customers. This is accomplished by your setting up and account on our site and in most cases, setting up an offer on our site, plus subscribe to offer any of our standard items pre-defined, with your ability to change prices you wish to charge for such service item. Please understand that we charge a 20% commission on any item you offer and we sell and assign to you. Please multiply what you want to get from the 80% by 1.25. For example to get $200, you need to charge $250.00

All SP must provide 10 Referwences, of which 5 reply with rating.
Referencesc must include FirstName, LastName, Emailaddress, Telephone.

You must have valid licenses required by your state in effect at all times. In case of breach of this requirement, we can remove you form our platform, hold funds dues you, or suspend you, at our option.
We have no liability for any such action on our part to you.

You must provide and maintain insurance at all times with liability of $1 Million. Yoour Insurance provider must provide us with a certificate name Wet Crow Internet Inc., as additional insured.

All SP agree that we deduct a commission of 20% on all services listed on our website assigned to you and performed by you to satisfaction of our customer. After we receive payment from customer or payment service, whichever is last, we will pay you 80% of price of service booked on our site within 5-10 days after reciept of all funds due us and paid to us.

Any chargebacks by any customer on our payment service will result with a service charge of $50, plus the amount of chargeback totals by our payment services. You agree we can hold back payment of any funds due you for 30 days, until this is resilved.
It is your responsibility to work with customer to resolve chargeback to us, as it causes severe harm to our reputation.

If you do not complete service or fix any customer issue resulting from your actions, we can make a claim against your insurance provider, plus hold back any funds due you, until your work is completed to the satisfaction of customer, Wet Crow Internet Inc., and other parties involved.

Time is of the Essence in your performance of all obligations on your part. We can hold back all payments to you or use any other legal options available to you to get you to perform you obligations. If you are 48 hours late on performance, we reserve the right to hire another service provider to fix customer issue and deduct that cost from any funds due to you. We reserve the right to also file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf to get reimbursed for any expenses related to fixing the issue created by your negligence.

You agree to be bound by tbe laws of the State you perform services in. You agree to hold us Harmless from any action resulting of your failure to comply with any law of such state, plus any damages you cause in such state.

For Customers: (USA and Canada)
You agree to rules of American Arbitration Association and to use arbitrattion if all efforts fail within 30 days of filing complaint to us, your claim is not resolved to your satisfaction.
If our service provider completes all items listed on service, you have 48 hours after service provider leaves your premisesto file a claim. After that time it is asuumed to be accepted by you. This excludes if any damages, as a result of our service provider causing unseen damage.
Our warranty period is 90 days from date of service performed at your premises.

All Others: (USA and Canada)

You agree not to scrape data from our site without written permission from us.
You agree that we are not liable for any content on our site.
