What's included in this package?

• Inspector will coordinate with Realtor, you and them to set up time for the inspection.
• Inspector will walk through home and document everything they see that could be a problem now or later. They document how much much it could cost you to fix any deficiencies.
• Main items to be concerend about are age of roof, heating system, foundation, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
• Inspector will show you most items and include in digital report he/she will give you at end of inspection.
