  • Power Wash Outside Walls- Up to 2 Story Home

  • Power Wash Roof

  • Power Wash up to 800 sq ft. Driveway, Patios, Sidewalks

  • Clean Gutters - Repairs Extra Charge - Pay Provider

  • Provider Damage Insurance Up to $50,000

  • Power Wash 1 Deck Up to 200 sq. ft.

  • Provider may show up 1 hour early or up to 3 hours late

  • Provider may re-schedule appointment if inclement weather or equipment problems or power outage or insuffient water pressure.

  • You need to have sufficient water pressure and reliable electrical service.

  • Areas to be cleaned must be clear of vehicles, toys, patio furniture.

  • Provider may not be able to clean behind tall bushes or trees against house.

  • Our providers trained to use correct pressure on various surface, for example wood is more delicate.

  • We are not responsible for peeling paint on wood surfaces. If home or wood deck needs painting, we recommend painter scrape paint off first before we arrive.
